I’m Rachel De For, Project Consultant with Xpand, Inc., a full-service design/build contractor based right here in Shakopee. Since 2004, Xpand has been helping homeowners bring their ideas to life with quality craftsmanship and personal service.

As your Project Consultant, I’ll be with you from the first phone call to the final walkthrough — listening to your goals, helping design a space that’s both beautiful and functional, and making sure your experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
