With more than 50 years of experience, Cal’s Market and Garden Center in the Minneapolis suburb, Savage, strives to provide our customers with a unique and educational gardening experience.
?Cal’s Market and Garden Center is a family owned and operated (in Savage, a suburb of Minneapolis) garden center founded by Cal Chadwick in 1961. Cal had grown up growing and selling sweet corn with his father, and he followed that passion by opening up Cal’s Market after graduating high school to share his farm fresh produce. Today, we continue the family growing tradition. Cal’s Market and Garden Center is currently owned by Cal’s daughter, Carina, and her husband, Bryan Peterson.

Including a full nursery of trees, shrubs, evergreens, perennials and tropical, Cal’s Market & Garden Center in the Minneapolis area continues to serve loyal customers for over 50 years. This service focus has led to offering a variety of gardening services, including landscape design, plant trimming, personal shopping, deliveries, garden maintenance and even activities for kids!
