Learn how Scott County utilized historic federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to develop projects for the Scott County community.
These projects resulted in many opportunities for collaboration with multiple community partners. Scott County values collaboration and community engagement and we will discuss an example of this in our foster care recruitment efforts.
